We have a strict no-party policy and quiet hours are observed out of respect for our neighbors. Maximum of 4–5 vehicles. Please use the driveway only (no street or lawn parking). Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite bathroom, double sink, walk in closet, skylight, pool & lake views, direct access to pool patio, Smart TV, dresser and nightstands. Bedroom 2 - King bed with direct pool access, Smart TV, dresser, nightstands and closet. Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen beds, Smart TV, nightstand, wardrobe cabinet, closet, nightstand. Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, Smart TV, book shelves, dresser, closet, nightstand. Kitchen- This kitchen has everything you need to feel at home! Equipped with a Keurig Duo coffee pot so that you can use a single serve kcup or make a pot of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic seasonings. Living Room & Family Room-Two rooms to gather around with those you love! Plenty of seating. Family room has a floor to ceiling stone, wood burning fireplace and a Smart TV. Dining- Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining! Plenty of seating for 10 both inside or out. Gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking. Pool-Escape the FL heat by cooling down in the in-ground pool! *Pool heat is included and will be at 88 degrees.*
