Wood burning fireplace in family room & electric fireplace in primary bedroom. Primary bedroom: en suite bathroom, makeup counter, attached office and 2nd floor balcony with lake views. Stocked kitchen with pots/pans, silverware, cups and plates. Drip & K Cup for coffee, Bonus: french press & moka pot. Bathrooms: plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Bedroom 1- King size bed, lake views with electric fireplace on the 2nd floor. Attached room with a balcony makes for a great office or nursery. Walk in closet and en suite with his and her sinks and vanities. Electric fireplace, Roku TV and dresser. Bedroom 2- Queen Bed, 1st floor bedroom with lake view and connected to first floor bathroom (entrance from bedroom and hallway). Small wardrobe closet and Roku TV. Great option for someone who does not want to do steps. * Please note this room does not have a built-in closet and has limited storage space for clothes. Bedroom 3- 2 twin beds 2nd floor, lake view, Roku TV, dresser and closet. Bedroom 4- King bed 2nd floor. Dresser, Roku TV & closet. Kitchen- Complete with coffee bar and cozy breakfast nook, this kitchen has everything you need to feel at home! Equipped with a Keurig Duo coffee pot so that you can use a single serve kcup or make a pot of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic seasonings. Living Room & Family Room-Two rooms to gather around with those you love! Living room has great views of the lake with a pull out queen couch. Family room has a large sectional, fireplace and Roku TV. Dining- Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining! Plenty of seating for 12 both inside or out in the screened patio or pool side. Gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking. Pool-Escape the FL heat by cooling down in the in-ground pool! **Please note there is a hot tub but heat and lights are an additional charge, $20/night**

Other Details to Note

The home has a garage that is used to store some of our items. You are welcome to use any items (ex. bikes, beach chairs, etc) we just ask that you put them back. Please note that we do not regularly check the condition of items stored in the garage so some things may not be usable (ex. flat tire on bike). The garage does have a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use.

No Party Animals Allowed: We're all about good vibes and relaxation. Keep the shenanigans to a minimum, and the good times rolling at a respectable volume. Kitchen Love: Dive into our fully stocked kitchen—whip up a feast, bake some cookies, or channel your inner culinary genius. We supply some coffee, tea, cooking supplies, dishes, cleaning supplies and trash bags. Just remember, a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen, so please wash up after you get your cook on. Grill & Chill: Fire up the gas or charcoal grill for a sizzling BBQ extravaganza. We're all about that smoky goodness! Just promise to clean 'em up afterward; otherwise, a $25 cleaning fee will be added. Remember, these rules are all about creating a welcoming, enjoyable space for everyone. I slept so well in that bed! I LOVED the hot tub, pool, screened in pool area, the fenced in outdoor area for my dog, and I loved walking around the lake! Also, the pool had really cool lights!!!

Kristy was an excellent host. The house was very clean and Kristy quickly got back with me when I had questions. Fantastic location. It was so nice to walk in the park across the street and walk to downtown Lake Wales. Bok Tower is always a must when we’re in the area. The children’s garden is fun for young and young at heart.

my family and I were truly blessed to cross paths with mrs.kristy air bnb it was just what we needed to accommodate us as we are a large family we enjoyed every bit of this beautiful home I have no complaints not a one and looking forward to returning again the hot tub was perfect for those cold days/nights we had while we were there communication is top tier instructions as well checked in and out with no problems 😊 I will recommend promise you won't be disappointed
